Marauders lose Hollis Curdle to a meniscus

Hollis Curdle TE
Marauders

Hollis Curdle is out the rest of the season. The Marauders did not provide further detail. It is the third time this season he has been on the report.

He has 4,323 yards from scrimmage in nine seasons, and fifty touchdowns. His best was 1,013. This is not that, yet. Three clubs have had him.

He is thirty-seven, out of Pinch, West Virginia. Ask anybody: he is the first man in the building most mornings. Nobody planned any of it. He was a first-round pick out of Halloway State, and everybody saw it coming. Before any of it he competed in strongman events regionally.

The club is 0-1. Halfway Eastwick is in year two of it. The contract runs out in the spring.

One more thing: he refuses to be taped by anybody but the same assistant trainer.

This feature ran in the paper in week 1 of 1985. The rest of the season is there too.
