Najee Ingram returns from the hamstring

Chip Nutbeam, hot take

Najee Ingram RB
Prospectors

Najee Ingram returned from a hamstring and put up 21.5 points.

4,406 yards over four seasons. Twenty touchdowns. Forty-three games. He got to 1,469 once. Not this time.

Twenty-four, and Lagos, Nigeria before that. He runs hot, and everybody has decided to live with it. He was a mid-round pick who was the fourth-best player on his own college team. Before any of it he was a competitive swimmer until his shoulders got too big.

The club is 7-6. Solomon Fields is in year seven of it. He is out of contract after this.

Is the last man off the field, every week, without exception.
