Chase Yardsafter is back, and immediately useful

Ruth Fairbanks, features

Chase Yardsafter WR
Bighorns

Chase Yardsafter returned from a shoulder and put up 23.6 points.

The ledger, after four seasons: 2,835 yards, eighteen scores. His best was 936. This is not that, yet.

Chicago, Illinois is where he is from. He is twenty-seven. He would rather be almost anywhere else on a Tuesday. He was a first-round pick out of Saint Ambrose, and everybody saw it coming.

The club is 1-7. Deacon Jones II is in year three of it.

Yardsafter does the crossword in the locker room before he dresses.
