Grayson Bombardo has 132 and a story

Grayson Bombardo QB
Boarhounds

Grayson Bombardo: 132 yards. He was drafted late, on the strength of one game nobody else watched, which the record will now have to accommodate. He has worn the same undershirt since his rookie year and had it repaired twice, which his teammates have stopped remarking on. It counts the same as anybody else's.

He has 3,319 yards from scrimmage in seven seasons, and forty touchdowns. There was a 1,456-yard year in there. This is not it. Two of those shirts belong to somebody else now.

Harlow Bend, Louisiana is where he is from. He is thirty-four. Ask anybody: he would rather be almost anywhere else on a Tuesday.

Boarhounds are 10-3 through fourteen weeks. Oscar Kearse is in year thirty-one of it. He is out of contract after this.
