176 yards, and a road nobody would recommend

Chip Nutbeam, hot take

Curtis Crenshaw QB
The Fighting Ostriches

Curtis Crenshaw was found at a regional combine by a scout whose flight had been cancelled and just put up 176 YARDS. This is the best thing that has happened all season. Two of them found the end zone, in game 9 of his season. It counts the same as anybody else's.

The ledger, after four seasons: 1,121 yards, ten scores. He has never had a year like it.

Chicago, Illinois is where he is from. He is twenty-four. Ask anybody: he runs hot, and everybody has decided to live with it.

The Fighting Ostriches are 12-4 through seventeen weeks. Reuben Dupree is in year three of it. He is out of contract after this.

Crenshaw never takes his helmet off between series.
