The Toboggans lose Milo Gimbel to a knee

Milo Gimbel RB
The Toboggans

Milo Gimbel will miss the rest of the season with a knee. It is the third time this season he has been on the report.

He has 7,264 yards from scrimmage in six seasons, and forty-eight touchdowns. He got to 2,582 once. Not this time. For three clubs.

He is twenty-nine, out of Lagos, Nigeria. Ask anybody: he says almost nothing and is listened to anyway. The route here: a first-round pick out of Lake Chandler, and everybody saw it coming.

The club is 0-1. Andre Lockett is in year five of it. The contract runs out in the spring.

One more thing: he carries a chess set on the road and beats everyone.

This feature ran in the paper in week 1 of 2008. The rest of the season is there too.
