142 yards, and a road nobody would recommend

Chip Nutbeam, hot take

Jarrett Ashworth QB
The Mustaches

Jarrett Ashworth was drafted on a medical gamble that three clubs would not take and just put up 142 YARDS. This is the best thing that has happened all season. He eats the same breakfast every game day and will not discuss it, which his teammates have stopped remarking on. It counts the same as anybody else's.

5,718 yards over three seasons. Ninety-two touchdowns. Fifty games. This is the best of them.

Twenty-eight, and Muddy Creek, Kentucky before that. Ask anybody: he has never been described as easy to coach.

The club is 0-2. Fitzgerald Pumpernickel is in year two of it.
