Cody Prentice returns from the collarbone

Dez Cruikshank, team beat

Cody Prentice RB
Ironmen

They got Cody Prentice back. He looked like he never left — 26.2 points.

1,266 yards over three seasons. Thirteen touchdowns. Twenty-nine games. He has never had a year like it.

Reykjavik, Iceland is where he is from. He is twenty-six. He is popular in a way that does not show up anywhere useful. Nobody planned any of it. He was a late bloomer who did not start a game until he was a college senior. In another life he fixed diesel engines with his uncle.

Ironmen are 4-4 through eight weeks. Ferrell Ellery is in year two of it. He is out of contract after this.

He learned to cook properly during a rehab year and now does it for the offensive line, and always has.
