The long way round: Buster Inchcape goes for 183

Buster Inchcape RB
The Porterhouse

Buster Inchcape: 183 yards. He was converted from quarterback, which he was not good enough at, which the record will now have to accommodate. He is 27, and he is unfailingly polite and completely unknowable. It counts the same as anybody else's.

He has 11,214 yards from scrimmage in seven seasons, and fifty-nine touchdowns. There was a 2,526-yard year in there. This is not it.

He is from Salt Fork, Oklahoma.

The Porterhouse are 5-8 through fourteen weeks. Cormac Bombardo is in year twenty-five of it.

He will not step on the painted logo at midfield, and always has.
