Levi Stanhope has 118 and a story

Chip Nutbeam, hot take

Levi Stanhope QB
Ironmen

Levi Stanhope had 118 yards. He was an academic transfer who arrived at Lake Chandler to study engineering. Two of them found the end zone, in game 8 of his season. It counts the same as anybody else's.

He has 9,408 yards from scrimmage in eight seasons, and 123 touchdowns. He got to 2,194 once. Not this time. For three clubs.

Thirty-three, and Cork, Ireland before that. He is unfailingly polite and completely unknowable.

The club is 4-5. Turk Tolliver is new. There is one year left on the deal.

One more thing: he keeps his father's work gloves in his locker.
