Sunday Beauregard Jr. was the son of a man who played eleven years at the same position and just put up 142 YARDS. This is the best thing that has happened all season. He has a rule about not reading anything written about him, which he breaks, which his teammates have stopped remarking on. It counts the same as anybody else's.
He has 2,501 yards from scrimmage in two seasons, and forty-two touchdowns. None of the others were this good.
Verdigris, Kansas is where he is from. He is twenty-eight. Ask anybody: he keeps his own counsel and his own hours.
