Tobias Callender had 130 yards against the Mustaches, who used to employ him. Two of them found the end zone. Both clubs will insist there is nothing in it. There is always something in it.
The ledger, after fifteen seasons: 7,895 yards, 102 scores. His best was 1,757. This is not that, yet. He has done it in three buildings.
Thirty-six, and Harlow Bend, Louisiana before that. Around the building he runs hot, and everybody has decided to live with it. The route here: a first-round pick out of Windham, and everybody saw it coming.
Prospectors are 1-2 through three weeks. Cole Slaw is in year three of it. The contract runs out in the spring.
One more thing: he carries a chess set on the road and beats everyone.
