Lefty Crenshaw returns diminished

Ruth Fairbanks, features

Lefty Crenshaw RB
Anvils

Lefty Crenshaw is back from the meniscus but has lost a step, and his durability grade has fallen to Wrecked. He is only 22.3, which is the one thing working in his favour. He has been good for a long time. That counts for something.

He has 617 yards from scrimmage in his first season, and two touchdowns.

Two Rivers, Michigan is where he is from. He is twenty-two. He is the first man in the building most mornings. He was a basketball player until he was twenty, and it still shows.

The club is 9-8. Virgil Underhill is new.

He learned to cook properly during a rehab year and now does it for the offensive line, and always has.
