T. Kearse II to Devon Bostick, again

Hal Vandergrift, veteran beat

Devon Bostick TE
Cannoneers

T. Kearse II threw 2 touchdowns to Devon Bostick, who has now caught 48 from him. They have played 9 games together this season alone. It is the simplest thing this offence does and the hardest to stop.

Across twelve seasons: 6,866 yards from scrimmage, eighty-two touchdowns, 147 games. He has never had a year like it. Two of those shirts belong to somebody else now.

He turned thirty-two this year. He is from Muddy Creek, Kentucky. Around the building he is the first man in the building most mornings. The route here: a walk-on at Pitchfork A&M who did not have a scholarship until his third year.

Cannoneers are 8-1 through ten weeks. Hoot Jessup is in year eleven of it. The contract runs out in the spring.

He collects vinyl and is insufferable about it, and always has.
